Strong administrative and organisational skills

Experience in a research or medical administration setting
Proficiency in databases, reporting, and Microsoft Office software

What You'll B Doing
The purpose of the Clinical Trials Support Unit Administration Officer is to coordinate and manage the support activities for the Clinical Trials Support Unit in the South Western Sydney Local Health District. This will include managing the daily operations of the Clinical Trials Support Unit, including and assisting the Executive Director, Clinical Trials and Project Director Clinical Trials and the Research Development Manager in implementing the action items of the clinical trials strategy including general support duties as directed by the Managers.

Capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment within the healthcare industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite products and databases.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to analyse financial data, generate reports, and assist in decision-making processes.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
