Position: CNC Miller Programmer/Setter

Location: Leeds

Salary: Up to £18 per hour (DOE), with potential annual earnings exceeding £40,000 including bonuses

Working
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer/Setter to operate cutting-edge machinery in the production of high-quality components. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £16 to £18, depending on experience, with excellent overtime opportunities and a comprehensive bonus package that includes loyalty rewards, production incentives, and profit sharing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc control systems.
• Achieve precision and efficiency in machining components to meet stringent quality standards.
• Ensure exact measurements in a precision engineering environment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications:
• Formal training or extensive experience as a CNC Miller Programmer/Setter.
• Proficiency in G-code programming with Fanuc or Haas control systems.
• Experience with difficult-to-machine materials such as Inconel is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
