Responsibilities
CNC Technician needed for full-service dealer providing sales, rentals, parts, and service for heavy machinery and equipment!
As a CNC Technician, your duties will include but not limited to
Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, routers, and rollers to produce precision parts
Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand the requirements of products and components
Performing mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and fix issues with the CNC machines
Using CAM software to simulate and test machine operations for accuracy and efficiency
Applying knowledge of G-code programming to create instructions for CNC machines
Conducting regular maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Performing skiving operations as per the specifications
Collaborating with design and production teams to understand work orders and plans
Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
Continually improving processes and outcomes, striving for excellence in all operations
