OneShop is a fast-growing multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace that connects African and diaspora brands to global consumers—particularly in North America. We are more than just a marketplace; we are a movement to spotlight African excellence and unlock global market access for small and medium-sized producers across the continent.

With curated product listings, export support, and vendor onboarding features, we’re now seeking a driven and visionary Co-Founder to help scale our mission.

Role Summary

As Co-Founder, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the founding CEO to shape the future of OneShop. You’ll bring entrepreneurial energy, strong business acumen, and a passion for commerce and global trade. Your goal: build and grow the platform into the #1 destination for Afrocentric goods globally.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth: Co-create and execute the business roadmap, expand vendor network, and define go-to-market strategies.

Operations: Oversee platform management, logistics partnerships, and product curation processes.

Partnerships: Lead business development and forge B2B alliances with manufacturers, suppliers, and fulfillment providers in Africa and abroad.

Fundraising & Investor Relations: Assist in pitch deck creation, investor engagement, and financial planning.

Team Building: Help recruit, manage, and inspire a small but mighty team across product, tech, and marketing.

Brand & Marketing Input: Contribute to the positioning of the OneShop brand in local and global markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven entrepreneurial mindset or startup experience (bonus if in e-commerce or trade).

Familiarity with marketplaces, supply chains, export processes, or product distribution.

Based in or connected to the African continent or diaspora markets.

Strong network with suppliers, manufacturers, or trade institutions a plus.

Passionate about economic empowerment, fair trade, and African excellence.

Experience with digital marketing, logistics, or product operations is a strong asset.

Comfortable with ambiguity, growth phases, and collaborative leadership.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
