Key Responsibilities: Commercial Interior Design : Develop innovative, value-oriented design concepts for interior spaces in commercial settings, incorporating a keen sense of materials, space planning, and lighting

Project Oversight : Lead the project lifecycle from concept through completion, ensuring client satisfaction, design quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets

Technical Detailing & Code Compliance : Ensure designs meet relevant codes and standards, with a focus on interior detailing and material selection that enhances durability and aesthetic value

Client & Team Communication : Work closely with clients to understand their goals, prioritize value in design solutions, and communicate effectively with contractors and consultants

Documentation & Visualization : Prepare high-quality design documents, including 3D renderings, technical drawings, and hand sketches, to convey design intent clearly

Construction Administration : Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to design intent, specifications, and client expectations

Conduct analysis of project context, interior materials, and relevant precedents to inform design

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of architectural and structural systems with interior design

Experience developing and procuring Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment (FFE) packages Support in developing technical documentation, construction documents, project proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs

Assist and guide junior staff in technical and design documentation

This position is primarily based in an office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time
