• Proven experience in application development using COBOL on the OpenVMS platform.
• Strong proficiency in DCL scripting
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle RDB database management.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
