We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and attentive Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join our team in The Coral Room.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in a fast-paced environment while serving a variety of cocktails and beverages. The role involves taking drink orders, delivering drinks to customers and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, both at the bar and from tables.
Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and tables.
Assist bartenders in restocking supplies and maintaining bar inventory.
Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and adhere to company policies and legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, responsive, and addressing any guest needs or concerns.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure compliance with alcohol laws.
Assist with setting up and closing the bar area, including cleaning glassware, wiping down surfaces, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Collaborate with other waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle cash, process payments, and provide accurate change to customers.
Ensure guest satisfaction by ensuring prompt service and addressing any issues or special requests.
