As our Coffee and Tea Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in curating delightful experiences for our guests while developing valuable skills in this exciting industry. Your Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere, guiding guests through their coffee journey with outstanding service.
• Share your knowledge of our products and sustainability practices, creating memorable coffee moments.
• Become a coffee and tea expert with our training, sharing your passion and insights with guests.
• Attract new guests by showcasing the charm of our café as they experience our offerings for the first time.
• Prioritize safety for everyone by ensuring a healthy environment.
• Take pride in maintaining a tidy store, organizing stock, and contributing innovative ideas for improvements.

Working Conditions:
