Job Description:
We're seeking a talented and passionate co-founder to join our team in developing cutting-edge legal AI solutions. As a co-founder, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our company's vision, strategy, and products, while also providing critical investment to fuel our growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Legal AI Expertise: Develop and implement AI-powered legal solutions, leveraging expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
2. Product Development: Collaborate with the founding team to design, develop, and launch innovative legal AI products.
3. Business Strategy: Contribute to business planning, market analysis, and revenue growth strategies.
4. Team Building: Help build and lead a team of legal AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
5. Fundraising: Participate in fundraising efforts, investor relations, and capital allocation.
6. Industry Networking: Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the legal industry, AI community, and academia.

8. Ethics and Bias Mitigation: Understanding of AI ethics and bias, Techniques for mitigating bias in AI models, Ensuring transparency and explainability in AI decision-making
Technical Requirements (Applicable):
1. Natural Language Processing (NLP): Text analysis and processing, Sentiment analysis, Entity recognition, Part-of-speech tagging
2. Machine Learning (ML): Supervised and unsupervised learning, Deep learning, Neural networks, Regression and classification
3. Data Science: Data preprocessing and cleaning, Data visualization, Statistical analysis, Data mining
4. Programming Skills: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, R, Java, C++ etc
5. AI Frameworks and Tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, NLTK, spaCy
6. Cloud Computing: Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
7. Data Storage and Management: Relational databases (e.g., MySQL), NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), Data warehousing, Data governance
8. Software Development: Agile development methodologies, Version control (e.g., Git), DevOps
Investment:
Ability to invest a minimum of INR 50 Lakhs to 2 Cr (USD 60,000 to 300,000) in the company.
Nice to Have:
1. Startup Experience: Previous co-founding or executive experience in a startup environment.
2. Legal AI Research: Published research or speaking engagements on legal AI topics.
