Coordinator, Project Support, Trove Partnerships (non-ongoing)
The Library is seeking to fill a non-ongoing Coordinator, Project Support role in the Trove Partnerships Section of the Collaboration Branch, to 30 June 2025.
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated person to coordinate activities within the Trove Partnerships section and contribute to project deliverables to transition external organisations (Trove Partners) to a new online service.
The role will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to respond to needs and manage expectations in relation to project scheduling and support while assisting with communication and progressing operational readiness activities.
Coordinator, Community Liaison Services, Trove Community Services (ongoing)
The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing Coordinator, Community Liaison Services role in the Trove Community Services Section of the Collaboration Branch.
As the Coordinator, Community Liaison you will focus on developing internal and external training materials including modules suitable for use across multiple channels online and offline.
We are seeking someone with expertise in the development and delivery of training, discovery and engagement activities in professional and community contexts. Expertise in adult education and learning would be highly regarded.
The Coordinator would also represent Trove and engage with community stakeholders; respond to enquiries and provide customer service; and support the development of performance metrics and reporting.
The Coordinator Community Liaison Services will apply sound written and oral communication skills, an ability to liaise with and provide advice to staff at all levels of the organisation and to work effectively within and across teams.
