Collection Manager | Commercial Vehicle | NBFC|Bank

Job Description -

Collection Manager (Bkt 1&2) is Responsible for Collection and have to manage collection for 1-2 bucket to ensure timely achievement of collection targets by formulating & and executing the collections team.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Candidate must have good experience in tech.

- To achieve Collection targets assigned for the regions/zones by meeting the target of the Teams assigned.

- They are continuously monitoring Collection Executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that there is no loss incurred.

- Handling customer issues/escalations.

- The Receipt Audit and reconciliation process should be followed very strictly.

- Receipt collection verification.

- Preparation of Collection MIS.

- Review & monitor the Teams' performance.

- Ensure all the allocated pools are visited within the allocation date.

- Mandatory field visit along with in-house team & collection agency.

- Customer handling in order to resolve cases and minimize PTP.

- Visits along with CRO /TL /ACM in difficult cases.

- Responsible of DPD-wise collection, as per the company and target assigned monthly.

- Daily tracking of visits conducted by CROs/TL/ACM.

Specification & Key Requirements:

- Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under time pressure.

- Preferably from an NBFC/Banking background.

- Proven experience in the collection.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Should be able to manage the whole cycle of Collection.

- Good written and oral communication.

Academic: MBA from Premiere B School
