Qualification:- B Com from reputed university, Additional MBA (Degree or Diploma)qualification will be preferred

Age:- 22 - 25 Years

Salary :- Within Rs 2.25 to 2.60 Lacs (incl all fixed components)

Designation andReporting:- Commercial Assistant (Indl Fan Divn) reporting to Head- Comml (IFD) at Thane

JD :-

Handling of all Commercial Activities for Industrial Fan Division, consisting

of following:

Vetting the customer POs & respective CDs (Contract Documen-ts) with respect to BEEL

standard CTC, and in case of any the anomalies, highlight to higher ups/ Mktg team to raise

it in Order Acceptance

To finalize BG draft in coordination with customer' bank & issua- nce bank for ABG/PBG,

issue ABG/ACG requisition to issuance bank/BEEL-CSD and submit final ABG/ACG to

customers.

4 Issuiance PI along with ABG/ACG and further follow up advance payment with

customers.

Submission of Hard copy/Soft copy of Invoices along with all relevannt commercial

docs (as demanded in customer PO) to customers immediately after dispatches. TO

ENSURE THAT BEEL INVOICES ARE STRICTLY AS PER PO TERMS & ITEM

NOMENCLETURE.

Coordination with outstation IFD/Project team at Pune/BL-UDH/Kol and ensure

issuance of BEEL invoices and E-Way Bills as an when required. Coordination

with Logistic team and outstation IFD/Proj team for arranging dispatches

smoothly.

7 Checking of Internal Invoices with vendor bills & coordinate with BEEL Purchase

team.

8 Submission of PBG/PCG to customer and follow up for balance payment with

customer.

+ Updation of Collection register & in co-ordination with BEEL Marketing &

Finance, on daily basis.

Updation of debtors statement on daily basis and follow up particularly for old

payments with customers.

Updation of Expired BG list lying with customer, in co-ordination with Finance

team and follow up to get back such BGs from customers.

2 Coordination for GST matters with BEEL Finance team, whenever required.

Support Team Three Service Technicians will assist whenever required

Skills Required 1 Knowledge of Latest Software Tools and Skills for Project Commercial

Mangement skills required

2 Reasonably good Skill for Communication, Team Work and Time Management

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
