Job Details

Our company is seeking a Temporary Commercial Contracts Attorney with experience in the tech manufacturing industry to join our legal team. As a Temporary Commercial Contracts Attorney, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, specifically software contracts, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including contract execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and product development, to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
• Maintain contract templates and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in at least one state required.
• 6+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with contract management software preferred.
• Available to work full time hours
