Key Responsibilities: (Must be able to work on site in Hawkesbury, ON)

Interior & Exterior Painting:

Perform painting tasks on walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces.
Execute prep work including masking, taping, patching, caulking, sanding, scraping, and pressure washing.
Apply solvent and water-based coatings using brushing, rolling, and spraying techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
Operate from step ladders, extension ladders (up to 40’), scaffolding, aerial lifts, and roofs.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently, following project timelines and Albec's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Rate:

$24–$32/hour depending on experience.
Quarterly evaluations for raise opportunities.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a professional painter (commercial painting experience an asset).
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, trustworthy, and aligns with our core values.
Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
