Job Overview:
We are seeking an Investment Funds Specialist to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to work on complex securities transactions and collaborate with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and advise on structured securities offerings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing expert guidance to clients.
Represent public and private real estate companies, REITs, institutional investors, and financial institutions, leveraging your knowledge of commercial real estate finance.
Handle a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and financings, utilizing your expertise in securities law and commercial real estate finance.
Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and offices, contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment, and able to work collaboratively and independently.
Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and strong analytical skills.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school, with a strong academic record and a passion for securities law, and licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of the applying office.
Minimum of 6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings, with a proven track record of success, and expertise in commercial real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Direct experience at an Am Law 100 firm highly valued, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, and able to work collaboratively and independently.
Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills, with excellent business judgment and attention to detail, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule that includes regular in-office presence and some work-from-home flexibility.
