**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Community Liaison Officer-Hearing. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting good hearing and language development in babies and supporting early identification and intervention of ear disease.
You will work closely with our NT hearing services team to develop and implement outreach programs that educate parents and caregivers on how to protect their child's hearing.
Key responsibilities include:
Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to identify and address hearing and language development needs
Developing and implementing effective outreach programs to reach diverse communities
Maintaining accurate records of program participation and outcomes
Fostering partnerships with local organizations to amplify hearing health messages
**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you will require:
A degree in a relevant field such as health science or education
Experience working with families and young children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective outreach programs
