The Role

As a Home Care Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for consumers in their homes. Under the guidance of the Case Manager – Aged & Disability, you’ll offer essential support that fosters independence and helps avoid unnecessary moves to residential care. Your role includes delivering top-notch domestic assistance, from keeping homes sparkling clean with tasks like vacuuming, mopping, and laundry, to providing thoughtful care in special cases like dusting and bed linen changes. If you're passionate about making a real difference in people's lives while supporting their comfort and autonomy at home, this position is your opportunity to shine.
