Key Responsibilities
• Interact with clients to provide personalized astrological guidance and support.
• Utilize the performance management system to track and analyze client interactions and outcomes.
• Assist in managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for community engagement.
• Monitor and respond to client feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in organizing and hosting online events and workshops for our community.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive growth for Guruji Astro.
