What this job involves:
We’re looking for a part time Community Manager to join our team! You will provide exceptional customer experiences, maintain high standards of service, establish a strong brand presence, and contribute to the financial success of the flexible workspace business. The Community manager serves as the welcoming face of Work East, ensuring that customers and visitors have a positive first impression. The role encompasses various responsibilities including managing customer onboarding, ensuring the seamless operation of the workspace and its facilities, and organising engaging community events to foster a sense of belonging and to encourage networking among customers.
This is a part time role working Tuesday & Wednesdays, 8:30am - 5:00pm
A snapshot of the role:
Developing and managing the customer service program and experience
Manage all customer feedback to ensure continual improvement in our customers’ experiences
Welcome members and make sure they are well settled into their spaces
Actively contribute to creating and sustaining a positive, inclusive, professional, fun and team culture and work
Conduct tours as required for stakeholders or potential customers
Oversee and curate a program of events designed to build community and generate additional revenue
