About the Role
As a Home Health Aide, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized care plans. Your responsibilities will include:
• EXECUTING CARE PLANS WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND PRECISION.
• ASSISTING WITH DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES SUCH AS BATHING, DRESSING, AND FEEDING.
• MAINTAINING A SAFE AND CLEAN ENVIRONMENT THROUGH ROUTINE HOUSEHOLD CHORES.
• TRANSPORTING CLIENTS TO APPOINTMENTS AND SOCIAL EVENTS.
