Key Responsibilities And Skills Required
• salary and benefits benchmarking
• proven experience required of evaluating market data to benchmark effectively salary reviews and benefits package appropriate for all bandings
• Generate reports on compensation metrics and benefits utilisation for management review
• Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
• present data findings and solutions proposed to senior leadership team
• work with HR team across this diverse project with effective communication
• strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel skills required
