We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join the expanding Compounding Support team. The main purpose of this role is to serve as a resource for clients on all compounding-related enquiries and needs. Whether you are a pharmacist or a technician, this role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
You will be involved in providing direction, advice, and continuing education to assist pharmacists in introducing or expanding compounding practices in their businesses. This role also includes supporting the sales team, ensuring the quality and accuracy of formulations, and contributing to the development of educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide expert advice to clients on compounding-related technical and formulation queries.
Sales Team Support: Actively support the sales team in securing business by providing detailed knowledge of compounding equipment, devices, and bases.
Formulation Development: Assist in the development and review of client-requested formulations, ensuring safety, legal, and regulatory compliance.
Technical Writing: Interpret and translate formulation worksheets, compile researched literature, and contribute to pharmacist educational initiatives.
Quality Assurance: Stay current on standards and regulations governing pharmaceutical compounding, participate in continuous quality improvement efforts, and assist in SOP development.
Training and Development: Facilitate compounding training activities for pharmacists and technicians, and contribute to continuing professional development programs.
Additional Responsibilities: Provide technical training on industry advances, contribute to editorial content and communications, liaise with professional organizations and government agencies, and handle other duties as needed.
About You:
Experience in pharmaceutical compounding (ideally 1+ years in a compounding pharmacy lab).
Experience in a lab setting (e.g., Compounding, Research & Development).
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
