Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily computer-based operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling data, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Data entry and updating records in Excel/Google Sheets
Maintaining and organizing files and documents
Basic computer operations and system handling
Assisting in day-to-day office tasks
Generating simple reports and maintaining data accuracy
Coordinating with team members for smooth workflow
Requirements
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic understanding of computer operations
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Knowledge of Google Sheets
Basic understanding of MIS or reporting
Prior internship or experience in similar role
