Job Description
- Computer teachers assist students in developing a variety of computer-related skills appropriate to their grade level. A teacher at the elementary level may assist younger students in learning how to use a computer

They are responsible for many of the same responsibilities as a regular teacher, including developing and evaluating assignments and exams, monitoring student progress, and enforcing class rules.

The computer teacher is typically expected to explain how computers work in plain language. A competent computer teacher is typically required to impart sufficient knowledge about computers to his students so that they can use them comfortably for personal and light business purposes.

A computer teacher’s hardware education typically focuses on the most fundamental features of a computer and how to use them. Typically, this includes instruction on how to operate the mouse, keyboard, monitor, audio speakers, and disk drives. Additionally, the instruction may include the operation of peripherals such as printers or scanners.

Apart from hardware and software education, a computer teacher typically instructs students on the proper use of the Internet. He/she introduces the concept of browsers and warns readers about the invasion of their computers by viruses, worms, and spyware.

A minimum1 year diploma in computer technology is typically required to work as a computer teacher. He/she is required to teach basic courses to our students.
