Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer/Carpenter/Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to concrete work, construction, and renovation projects.
Duties
- Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing tasks
- Assist in masonry work and installation of concrete structures
- Read and interpret blueprints for construction projects
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as required

-Using hand and power tools to spread and smooth concrete surfaces to required levels.
- Applying finishing techniques to ensure proper texture and appearance, such as brooming or troweling.
- Ensuring that tools and equipment are cleaned after use and stored properly for future jobs.
Skills
- Experience in concrete forming and finishing is preferred
- Proficiency in heavy lifting and manual labor
- Knowledge of masonry work and welding techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with the proper techniques for mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete.
-Ability to use hand and power tools related to concrete work (e.g., trowels, screeds, vibrators.
-Awareness of construction site safety rules.
-Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) like hard hats, gloves, and safety boots.
Carpenter:
A Concrete Carpenter specializes in constructing, assembling, and dismantling formwork for concrete structures such as foundations, walls, slabs, and columns. They read blueprints, measure and cut materials, build and install forms, and ensure proper reinforcement placement. They also assist in pouring and leveling concrete to achieve structural integrity and design specifications.
Finisher:
A Concrete Finisher is responsible for smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete surfaces, including floors, sidewalks, driveways, and foundations. They use hand and power tools to shape, trowel, and texture concrete, ensuring a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish. They may also apply sealants, cure concrete, and repair imperfections to meet project standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$37.00 per hour
