The Construction, Carpentry, and Maintenance Technician performs tasks related to the maintenance of facilities and construction

Performs basic machine maintenance, including cleaning of machines, replacing cutting fluids and lubricants, minor painting of machines, and similar maintenance tasks
Paints, spackles, and installs trim, installs windows and doors, frames out areas and installs sheetrock, installs cabinets, countertops, ceilings (inc
drop ceilings), and lay outs and plans jobs, builds material lists, obtains price quotes, snow removal abilities, carpentry skills and some basic mechanical skills
Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company
Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor's instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output

Summary

The Construction, Carpentry, and Maintenance Technician performs tasks related to the maintenance of facilities and construction. Tasks include basic carpentry, painting, drywall, framing, and snow removal.

As a federal contractor, CNI is a drug-free workplace and adheres to the Federal Controlled Substance Act.
