Job Duties
Supervision and Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate activities of carpenters and apprentices on-site.
Provide leadership and guidance to ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Assign tasks and oversee work progress to meet project deadlines.
Project Planning and Coordination:
Participate in project planning meetings to understand scope, objectives, and requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to schedule work and resources effectively.
Ensure materials and equipment are available as needed for carpentry tasks.
