• Manage Superintendents
• Manage Monthly draws on all active projects
• do weekly customer updates based on the construction schedule
• Create construction schedules for all jobs pre construction
• Manage estimator and project manager
• Manage superintendents
• review job profitability
• Manage subcontractor relations.
• Conduct final job closeouts.
