Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials.
Ability to work independently
Operate basic hand tools and power tools.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.
Light to medium duty tasks primarily related to rough carpentry, drywall, masonry and concrete .
Adhere to all OHSA safety protocols and regulations on-site to ensure personal and team safety.
Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
Knowledge of Ontario Building Code, part + and 3.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on OHSA safety practices.
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
G license and access to a vehicle a strong positive
