About the Role
Case management and conducting internal reviews and investigations of industrial matters and disputes, performance issues, health management, incidents and injuries, Workcover claims and workplace rehabilitation.
Effectively manage cases in key areas such as performance management, grievance and discipline management, health management, industrial relations, recruitment and retention, workforce diversity and change management.
Maintain and lead specific workforce portfolios as allocated by the Principal Consultant and Senior Director, Human Resources.
Implement organisational change initiatives as identified by Logan Beaudesert Health Service Executive and directed by the Senior Director, Human Resources including development of implementation plans.
Develop and maintain information systems in a timely and accurate manner to provide Human Resource information to identified stakeholders.
