We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

Principal responsibilities

Provide L2 application support to RF services – viz. IFAI (Staff and Customer channel), Risk Factors, IDS, SIFS
Perform RTB proactive activities – DR/Contingency test, Capacity Management,
Perform Incident management, problem management
Perform Continual Service Improvement
Requirements
Requirements

6-8 years of overall IT experience with technology AS400 (RPGLE, CL, DB2)
Proven working experience in L2 Application Support
Good knowledge on Incident, Problem management
Good knowledge on ITIL Framework and Support procedures
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders – Business, various support teams, ITID, IT managers
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good analysis and trouble shooting skills
