Job Description:
Adani Group is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and leading a team of contact center representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.
- Train, coach, and mentor contact center representatives to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in contact center management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
- Adaptable and resilient personality traits.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Prior experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
