About The Role
Do you have a have a strong, confident phone manner and a huge passion for the US and Florida?

We are looking for friendly target driven individual to join our busy Contact Team on a full time 40 hour contract.

As a member of our Contact Team Advisor, you will play a vital role in assisting holiday dreams come true. Your aim is to call all customers who make an enquiry with us on our website to see if they would like to speak to one of our USA Travel Specialists.

We know by speaking with our customers and understanding all their needs we’re able to find them the right holiday at the best deal.

Your Duties will include:

Driving performance in line with set targets
Making 300 – 600 outbound calls per day
Responding to customer emails
Assisting with any daily troubleshooting
Distributing enquiries to the sales agents
Participating in team meetings
Implementing our ‘Love Ocean’ way in every call
Reporting to Sales Management on a daily basis with all Contact Team related activity
As part of our commitment to fostering a flexible work environment, this role is designed as a hybrid position. We encourage candidates living nearby to be available to work in the office 2 days a week in the Office. For those residing at a distance, we are open to exploring flexible arrangements to ensure a successful and collaborative work experience.

Working hours will be 5 days x 8 hours for the 40 hours contract. Shifts will be between the hours of +:30am - 7:30pm. You will need to work 5/8 weekend days. These hours are subject to change according to business needs.


Who should apply?

The Ideal candidate will have experience speaking to people over the phone and used to hitting targets. They also must have:

Excellent telecommunications, written communications and transferring calls
Good customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, and work on own initiative
Self-motivated while approaching work with a positive “can do” attitude
Flexible to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
