Develop and execute an integrated content marketing and communications strategy that generates high value leads.
Collaborate with Acquisition and Retention Marketing Managers to provide strategic input into the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Conceive, create and publish original and engaging content that aligns with the brand story.
Work closely with sales leaders to produce content specifically designed to assist the sales process.
Support the Head of Marketing to develop and implement the overarching brand strategy.
Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies that help drive ongoing strategic and cultural transformation.
Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are managed.
Develop external communication strategies as required, ensuring they are clearly linked to business priorities.
Coach, mentor and guide direct reports, providing feedback and support to help them grow professionally.
What You Bring
Minimum of seven years’ experience across content marketing, content development, and content strategy in a B2B environment.
Outstanding writing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates strong creative thinking across multiple styles.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends and compelling story angles.
Experience managing agency/supplier relationships.
Knowledge of SEO.
Experience with using social media to amplify the impact of content.
Comfortable using content management systems.
Experience in people management, mentoring, coaching and leadership.
