We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled creative storyteller to join our team in the newly created role of Content & Communications Advisor. This role will be reporting directly into the Communications Manager and work closely with stakeholders and senior management within the business.
In this role you will be responsible for managing content across various channels, including our intranet, internal publications, eDM platform, and social media channels, which includes Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin & X, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging. Collaborate on campaigns, champion engagement by gathering employee feedback, and continuously improve our communications by measuring and analysing metrics.
Skills and Experience
Degree qualified with 3+ years experience in a communication or marketing role
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Strong understanding of the social media landscape
Experience working with CMS, content curation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
Attention to detail, someone who loves to check the facts
Have resilience, and can sell solutions to the wider team, in alignment with business objectives
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement
Ability to effectively manage time, multiple projects and take feedback on board
