At Panel Marketing, we work with healthcare clinics, wellness brands, and mission-driven businesses across Canada to build their digital presence and grow sustainably. We're seeking a Content Creator & Coordinator to join our small-but-mighty team. This full-time, work-from-home position is perfect for someone who’s ready to make a big impact while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
What You'll Do
You’ll be the engine behind our content production and creative execution—working closely with our account and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life across digital channels. You will:
Design & Content Creation
Create high-quality visual content (social media graphics, email designs, landing pages, etc.)
Write short-form, on-brand copy for social media and Google My Business posts
Design assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Help shape brand visual identity across multiple clients
Design UX for websites and landing pages
Marketing Coordination
Manage and organize creative resources, image libraries, and campaign materials
Coordinate deliverables with vendors and freelancers
Proof assets and ensure brand consistency before delivery
Assist with simple website edits and uploading content to CMS platforms
Create task briefs and manage content calendars
Other Tasks
Support outbound email campaigns (e.g. list management and basic Excel tasks)
Help with light video editing
Enter basic invoices and payments into internal systems (no accounting experience required!)
About You
Must be an excellent designer!
Creative at heart, organized by nature—you balance aesthetics with execution
3+ years of experience in a similar content or design-focused marketing role
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop)
Solid copywriting and proofreading abilities (especially for digital platforms)
Comfortable juggling multiple projects across brands
Detail-oriented with excellent time management
Experience with Wrike, Google Drive, Excel, and email platforms is a bonus
