About the Role

We are looking for an experienced communications professional with the ability to use key messages to inform, engage and inspire multiple audiences. You must be able to strategize, execute and deliver external and internal communications campaigns and be responsible for creating corporate content. You will work with a variety of stakeholders to create engaging communication products, both within and outside Cuemath.
• Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
• Excellent copywriting, editing and storytelling capability as well as strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and network across a matrixed organization team.
• Proven capability to translate the business agenda into high-quality, relevant, audience-centric communications.
• Advanced listening and interpretation skills, along with creative & innovative thinking.
• Strong influencing abilities, especially influencing without authority.
• Strong experience managing and advising senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize task.

Job Responsibilities
• Translate the company's objectives into content strategies.
• Ability to support communications planning across multiple campaigns.
• Ability to advise leadership on how to use communications to make an impact with audiences effectively.
• Understanding effective use of different channels.
• Using metrics and measurement tools to analyze the impact of various communications, making modifications where necessary.
• Improve search-engine rankings.
• Monitor and improve (if needed) the company's online reputation.
• Create email campaigns for customer engagement and acquisition.
• Generate stand out, national and international relevant media coverage to secure awareness and drive new customer acquisition.
• Lead and coordinate all PR & Content activity Manage and coordinate all digital marketing activities.
• Support the goals set in the marketing plan and work closely with the sales team.
• Manage incoming media inquiries and interview/event requests, whilst leveraging existing relationships to seek placements in print, broadcast, and online media Building overall brand image through focused and measured (B2B) press coverage and events.
• Responsible for content related to sales, product, and marketing including the website and sales material.
• Ownership of our blog, idea generation, and work with authors across the company
• Social media strategy and execution for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, working with designers, photographers and writers to publish creative and relevant content.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Minimum Qualification

● MBA, BE/ BTech Tier 1 and Tier 2 Colleges or Equivalent

Experience (in years)

● Minimum of 8 and a Maximum of 12 years of experience as a Content Writer
