About the role
We are looking for a kickass creative Content Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for curating creative campaigns to launch on various social media platforms, along with ensuring growth and engagement.

The role includes-
Strategize & create creative content for paid and organic campaigns to engage existing audiences and acquire new customers on our social media profiles- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok & YouTube.
Conduct market research in order to curate campaigns to drive organic traffic.
Ensuring day-to-day content & communications.
Keep up with the new algorithms and newly launched engagement tools.
Work with a team of content writers and graphic designers.
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get things done attitude.
High ownership (taking complete responsibility for the growth via the respective channels)
Self-starter with a high level of drive and commitment.
Prior experience in managing a team.
