As part of this transformation, we are making a number of changes in our marketing team. This newly-created role is part of these exciting changes and is a fantastic opportunity for a senior, experienced content marketer to play a key leadership role in shaping the future of our marketing function and helping our business grow.

As the Content Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and driving our content strategy forward. You will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with our marketing managers to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will lead our content, communications and brand team (three direct reports) which is responsible for providing specialist content marketing, content production, strategic communications (internal and external), brand marketing, and brand strategy services to support achievement of FBNZ’s business objectives. The role is a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team and the creative and delivery function within marketing.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and execute an integrated content marketing and communications strategy that generates high value leads, contributes to revenue growth through support for online and offline marketing campaigns, improves the customer experience, builds engagement, and strengthens the FBNZ brand.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team and provide strategic input into the development of content required to support successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Conceive, create and publish a wide variety of original and engaging content (eBooks, white papers, video, blogs, articles, case studies, win stories, etc) that aligns with our brand story, supports our point of view, and educates and engages our target markets.
Work closely with sales leaders to produce content specifically designed to assist the sales process, e.g. product brochures, top of funnel sales presentations, video content, etc.
Lead FBNZ’s approach around delivery of bid and proposal responses, working closely with the Senior Content Specialist, sales leadership, the Design Studio Manager and the relevant marketing managers.
Support development and implementation of comprehensive internal communications strategies, programmes and tactics that help drive FBNZ's ongoing strategic and cultural transformation.
Support the Head of Marketing to develop and implement the overarching brand strategy, brand story and positioning for FBNZ.
Develop and execute external communication strategies as required, ensuring they are clearly linked to and help drive business priorities.
