We are now looking for a Content Specialist (CMS Management) to join our team on a full-time, fixed term contract basis for a period of 4 months from October.
As this is a seasonal contract, we request full availability and flexibility for the duration of the contract.

About the role
As the Content Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the content across our digital and other CMS platforms to facilitate a seamless customer experience. You will work on patron communication on our digital properties and other platforms to ensure we always have accurate and up-to-date information across all channels for the Australian Open.
In this role you will:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our platform content is up to date and is aligned with our communication goals
Establish clear ways of working with each team to review, approve and update information
Establish a clear process to maintain and manage content across the AO web and app, digital map and other digital platforms
Regularly proofread, update and edit content to keep it relevant and engaging
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visuals and videos meet brand and marketing guidelines.
Prioritise tasks to meet project deadlines
About you
What you’ll bring to the role:
Proven background and experience in content creation and management
Strong understanding and experience utilising CMS systems. Drupal experience preferred
Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred but not essential
A Bachelor Degree in Media, Marketing, PR, Communications or a similar field, or 3+ years of experience in a relevant field
Enthusiastic, can-do attitude, with determination to find the best outcome for all projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
