Content Writer

We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our creative team. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement. You will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams, mainly for D2C Brands, to develop content strategies that support our brand objectives and enhance the user experience on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Produce original, well-researched, and engaging content for product descriptions, category pages, advertisements, blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and other digital channels.

SEO Optimization: Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve the visibility and ranking of our product pages and blog posts on search engine results pages (SERPs).

Product Descriptions: Write clear and concise product descriptions that highlight the features, benefits, and unique selling points of each product helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Category Pages: Develop informative and visually appealing category pages that showcase our product offerings and facilitate easy navigation for customers browsing our platform.

Blog Management: Manage the content calendar for our blog, research relevant topics, and create engaging blog posts that educate, entertain, and inspire our audience while driving traffic to our website.

Social Media: Create engaging social media content that aligns with our brand voice and values, driving user engagement and fostering community interaction across our social media channels.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Design, to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall brand messaging and objectives.

Content Optimization: Analyze content performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve user experience.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in the ecommerce or marketplace industry.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for content creation.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), keyword research tools, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
