We’re seeking a creative and proactive Content Writer to join our vibrant team of over 30 marketing, design, and innovation professionals for a 12-month part-time contract, working 4 days per week. Working within a team of creatives, the Content Writer reports to the Head of Brand & Design and plays a key role in shaping content across multiple channels for a national business.
In this role, you’ll have the chance to craft compelling copy and content for a variety of mediums, including publications, scripts, blogs, technical documents, and social media. We’re looking for someone with a diverse writing portfolio who thrives on versatility and has a genuine passion for storytelling. This is a dynamic role where one day you might be writing an article about huge mining trucks and the next day you are working on digital ads selling luxury vehicles - no two days are the same!
Requirements
3-5 years experience of in-house copy/content creation
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Arts, Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related field
Experience in developing content for multiple channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of industries including remarketing, auctions, industrial goods, motor vehicles, e-commerce businesses and used marketplaces is highly regarded but not essential

Responsibilities
Implementing brand tone of voice and messaging in copy
Using data and digital strategies to inform copy
Working on a range of internal documents including presentations, one pagers, brand guidelines, reports, business plans
Working on range of external documents including tenders, flyers, advertisements, radio scripts, capability statements
Working alongside digital marketing on social media copy for posts, eDMs, landing pages
Improving content provided by stakeholders
Generating creative copy/content ideas to highlight the business and its sales and services
Working with the design team to create marketing collateral
Collaborating with the wider Marketing, Innovation & Customer teams to strategically create content projects
