Job Summary Content Writer:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, developing, and producing compelling content across various platforms that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives. This role involves collaboration, strategic thinking, and high-quality execution to enhance brand presence and market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation
Write clear, engaging, and original content for blogs, website pages, social media, brochures, email campaigns, scripts, and other marketing materials.
Develop content that supports promotional activities and campaigns.
2. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to create relevant and effective content.
Regularly update the content strategy based on new insights.
3. Collaboration with Country Heads & Stakeholders
Work closely with Regional HOD and regional teams to gather local insights and customize content accordingly.
Incorporate feedback and requirements from various departments into written materials.
4. Social Media Content Writing
Create content for platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Support social media plans with strategic and timely content ideas and captions.
5. Content Quality Control
Review, proofread, and edit all written material for clarity, grammar, tone, and consistency.
Ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
6. Editorial Calendar & Planning
Assist in developing monthly content calendars and publishing schedules in coordination with the marketing team.
Maintain a consistent flow of content aligned with business objectives and campaign timelines.
7. Enhancing Brand Value & Visibility
Write content that strengthens brand messaging, drives engagement, and improves visibility across platforms.
Support initiatives aimed at improving brand recognition and market positioning.
8. Coordination & Follow-up
Liaise with graphic designers, video editors, and other creatives to ensure visual and written content align.
Follow up to ensure timely delivery and publishing of final content assets.
+. Task Delegation & Team Collaboration
Coordinate with junior writers or freelance contributors (if applicable), assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables.
Ensure content pipeline is well-managed and deadlines are consistently met.
10. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports based on content reach, engagement, and impact.
Use insights to optimize content strategies and improve future outputs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
1 yr Plus years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or editorial roles.
Strong command of English with excellent grammar, editing, and storytelling skills.
Ability to write for multiple platforms and audiences.
Familiarity with SEO, social media trends, and content management systems (CMS).
Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Docs, and content planning tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an international or multicultural work environment.
Basic understanding of design and video production workflows.
Knowledge of keyword research and performance metrics.
