Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
• Develop high-quality technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and product documentation, that caters to our target audience.
• Research and understand complex technical concepts and present them in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to gather information and create accurate and insightful content.

Content Strategy:
• Contribute to content strategy development, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to produce relevant and timely content.

Editing and Proofreading:
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company guidelines and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to maintain a consistent and cohesive voice across all content.

SEO Optimization:
• Optimize content for search engines to improve organic search visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords strategically within the content.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with overall marketing strategies and product launches.
• Provide valuable input during brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content campaigns.

Documentation:
• Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and technical manuals.
• Ensure that all documentation is user-friendly, accurate, and up-to-date.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical content writing, preferably from IT company.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with multimedia content creation (videos, infographics) is a plus.
