In this 4-month contract position (21 hours/week), you will be the key organizer for all things related to events, ensuring seamless operations and a fantastic experience for all attendees.
Responsibilities
• Live Event Oversight: Manage all aspects of live event operations, including data management, reporting, technical support, and facilitating Q&A sessions.
• Event Management: Plan, build, and manage event details with registration links and access to past recordings.
• Project Management: Utilize project management tools for organizing content and events, identifying improvement opportunities, and prioritizing tasks.
• Content Creation Support: Aid in developing member growth event content, managing creative requests, packaging, and translation tasks.
• Asset Management: Oversee an asset management tool to ensure organized and easy access to event materials.
• Documentation: Create and maintain internal documentation to streamline processes and enhance content development.
Qualifications
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with effective communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, capable of managing repetitive tasks accurately.
• Quick to adapt and work effectively towards shared goals.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com is a plus.
• Action-oriented problem-solver with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
