Contract Manager
Organize and manage contracts, liaising with service parties to ensure timely renewals, extensions, and terminations in accordance with terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and accurately reflect agreed-upon terms.
Interpret and negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors, suppliers, or clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Establish contract terms and conditions, including service levels, fees, and financial obligations.
Resolve questions raised by affected parties regarding contracts or ongoing services.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, services, performance evaluations, amendments, payments, and other related documentation.
Act as a liaison between the organization and external contractors and service parties.
Facilitate clear and open communication to ensure expectations are understood and met on both sides.
Link previous and next stages, consult senior managers on major issues, and implement business plans.
Monitor contractor performance to ensure they meet agreed-upon standards and deliver quality work within established timelines.
Requirements:
At least one year of relevant working experience.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
