This opportunity will see you working within a collaborative team, supporting the success of numerous construction projects for blue chip clients along with assisting in business case development and acquisition processes.
THE ROLE
You will support the National Energy Manager with general administration tasks applicable to business case development and acquisition processes and project contract obligations.
Liaise with internal Duratec team and external stakeholders
Ensure accurate meeting agendas and minutes are taken and circulated as required, with actions followed up and closed out
Document control including filing, distribution, action list tracking and follow ups
Assist in ensuring contractual and commercial risks are understood, managed, and adhered to
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client
