Preparing project plans, including the project execution plans (PEP) and design basis memorandums (DBM)2. Managing project budgets3. Managing manpower schedules for engineering deliverables4. Ensuring the quality of drawings, models and other design reviews5. Overseeing construction work packages (CWPs), including bills of materials, isometrics, scope, layout, instrumentation lists, and specialty items lists6. Producing scopes of work for civil, piping, skids and pipe rack modules among others7. Coordinating CWPs, trends, scope changes, design change notices (DCN) and field change notice (FCN)8. Managing all action items to ensure they are completed on schedule+. Overseeing the change management process and ensuring its effective implementation10. Contributing to and monitoring project KPIs, earned value and controls reporting11. Knowledge of engineering terms, design requirements, processes, and document types12. Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team including process, mechanical, civil-structural, electrical, instrumentation and CAD support13. Understanding of project controls, reporting, and KPIs14. Strategic managerial skills and experience15. Ability to meet safety requirements to attend site visits16. Conduct KOM with the Sub-Vendors17. Attend meeting with the client/PMC18. Regular coordination with client/PMC1+. Prepare cashflow of the Projects20. Review Meeting with the clients & Sub -Vendors21. Well conversant with Primavera, Microsoft, Project Software & ZOHO projects.22. Certification of contractor and junior team member bills.23. Submission of the weekly reports of budget vs actual, plan vs actual and any
