Must be able to independently work in/navigate around Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Specialty Chemical manufacturing facilities, to include exposure to chemicals, strong smells, loud noises, extremes of temperature, and PPE
Ability to travel (which may include driving for extended periods of time)
Ability to sit for extended periods of time, ability to input data into computer utilizing hands and fingers to tab to different fields to input data
Ability to answer telephone and talk and hear other party
Ability to view computer screen, close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
This position requires approximately 30% travel, including air travel, across the US, and potentially international travel
A valid driver’s license and passport required
Cannot appear on the US FDA Debarred Individuals List

Responsibilities

Read and modify system architecture, wiring, and panel drawings

Technical writing, to include testing plan creation
Engineering critical thinking, to include independent problem solving and leveraging knowledge to solve unique problems
The ability to learn and apply basic SCADA application development using InTouch, RSView, and other software toolsets
Regular office environment with exposure to moderate noise
Must be able to independently work in/navigate around construction sites, to include working at heights, climbing ladders, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds (10% of duties or less)
