As they embark on a journey of expansion and evolution, they are currently searching for Conveyancing Assistants to join their dedicated teams across NSW, QLD and WA.
About The Opportunity
As a Conveyancer/Paralegal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with conveyancing matters from post-exchange through to settlement. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients, banks, solicitors, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers
Managing files with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Prioritising workload and meeting strict deadlines
About You
The successful candidate will have:
2+ years of experience in a similar conveyancing assistant role
Experience in the Real Estate industry (desirable)
Strong computer skills with familiarity with MS Office
Experience using PEXA, TriConvey or Smokeball (desirable)

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
The ability to prioritise tasks, show initiative, and be committed to excellence in your work
Showing flexibility, reliability, and quick-thinking skills
